BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION RADIATION

Science Fiction or Horrible Reality? Two pages of this report were received from USPS mail delivery on August 3, 1998. The return address in Scranton, Pa. 18510 was not valid, and further inquiry communication with the report principles was futile. EG&G, Inc, heavily involved with electronic countermeasures and possible Area 51 reverse engineering projects, has denied any knowledge of this report. If you have any further information about this report, please contact us or submit an article for distribution.

Subject: Field Testing - Mind Control Radiation Transmission

SUMMARY:

Behavior modification or mind control radiation investigation has been vigorously denied by all federal government agencies even though research and development work has been underway since 1970. Security precautions were jeopardized when liaisons with power companies were required for field test analysis utilizing the existing power line networks. However, the federal government maintained the best security possible with this situation.

Behavior Modification Radiation (BMR) transmission energy was detected in Columbus, Ohio and Endicott, New York during 1997. This radiation consisted of low frequency energy pattern packets superimposed over the AC power lines going into every household and business within the transmission area. The BMR energy patterns resemble inductive load noise and often cause flickering within low wattage bulbs connected to the power lines.

Several private companies have research and development projects investigating behavior modification radiation. Two such companies, Unified Technologies in Iowa and Rockledge Laboratories in Ohio, have started field testing in competition with government programs. Unified Technologies had developed BMR transmission using pulsed modulation of low frequency electromagnetic radiation, and BMR transmission was developed from activation of complex magnetic fields by Rockledge Laboratories in Ohio.

The following report, which describes BMR development by private industry and the federal government, does read somewhat like an episode from science fiction novels. Descriptions of government surveillance activity on private industry research programs seem incongruous with any free society. This investigative report has to be considered proprietary, confidential, and for your eyes only.

BMR TECHNOLOGY:

BMR technology is comprised of dermal response radiation and the energy transmission system to propagate the radiation into a specific target area. The dermal response radiation penetrates clothing and creates physiological interactions with the epidermis and epithelial tissue. BMR transmission by antenna array systems is inefficient and difficult to control. Electronic latching circuitry with AC power lines, using end point isolation, was developed by the government to field test the effects of BMR transmission on specific target areas.

The physiological effects of strobe light patterns on human nervous systems has been investigated by the medical community for many years. Strobe light patterns in the range of 5-10 Hertz have caused epileptic type seizures, and lower frequency light patterns may have caused mental disorders in human patients.

More recent analysis revealed that similar physiological responses have been achieved by microvolt radiation incident to dermal surfaces. Table I shows these behaviorial responses to frequency, waveform, and integral energy radiation synthesized from many reference sources. It is important to note the effects of power line radiation and BMR radiation related to neuron sheath degradation.

Type I radiation emission has been successfully tested for psychological mood control using continuous and steady state radiation generators. Specific input frequencies and energy configurations have caused enhanced levels of happiness, satisfaction, anxiety and anger in human test subjects immersed within these radiation fields.

Students have been immersed within Type I radiation fields, without their knowledge or permission, during psychological testing programs associated with college course credit across the country. The behavior modification parameters were evaluated along with the test parameters specified for these psychological testing programs.

Unified Technologies has done much testing in this area and markets several behavior modification products which emphasize only vague medical claims of wellness and environmental energy conditioning. Several government programs have been implemented which test Type I radiation fields, superimposed upon electrical service wiring, in many government subsidized apartment complexes across the nation.

There is much controversy regarding the nature of Type II radiation and possible health hazards to human test subjects. Type II radiation enhances cognitive acceptance of visual information fields available during radiation exposure even though the presented information may contradict the basic philosophy of the test subject. Government sponsored testing using various forms of electromagnetic radiation has had indeterminate results.

Rockledge Laboratories has developed a Type II radiation, using complex magnetic field activation, which has generated positive results with cognitive acceptance enhancement. This radiation field has energy components not normally found in electromagnetic radiation. It is not certain whether these positive psychological results in cognitive acceptance enhancement are a function of the radiation waveforms used by Rockledge Laboratories or the unusual energy components detected within this Type II radiation field.

Type Ill radiation has been under development for several military projects, including personnel deactivation, and this falls outside the normal scope of BMR analysis. Rockledge Laboratories developed fluxonic generators which produce ultra high microwave radiation and air turbulence patterns designed for avionic countermeasures.

Government projects investigating acoustical resonance wave and integrated cascade radiation patterns are under development. These countermeasure projects were developed under the highest security precautions, and minimal information has been available regarding test procedures and field results.

FIELD TESTING:

Humboldt Project: XXXXX of New York contracted with the federal government in 1994 for installation and testing of energy efficient power transmission equipment in several of their northeastern and midwestern apartment communities. It is not certain whether this company was aware that such new equipment contained both Type I and Type II BMR transmission equipment. Long term evaluation of the psychological effect from BMR radiation transmitted throughout the apartment complex population would be made.

Psychological and other health information was gathered by health, welfare and police agencies on state, federal, and local levels. New procedures and questionaire content, related to BMR analysis, were accepted by all agencies as bureaucratic necessities. Analysis of one test population immersed in positive mood enhancement radiation for two years showed that violent crime decreased 37 percent and church attendance doubled within the test neighborhood.
